Add test_bd_integral_after_deform_matches_expected_areas to tests/test_0502_boundary_integrals.py.

Closes the coverage gap where BdIntegral-after-mesh.deform() was only exercised in the MPI-gated test_0765 file. The new serial test mirrors the same geometry and deformation (logarithmic radius remapping on a spherical shell) using the public mesh.deform() API, making the regression detectable without MPI.

Complements PR #332, which repairs the MPI test itself.
